These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between pk165 and any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform in any capacity ("User", "you" or "your").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any other rules, guidelines or notices published on the Platform from time to time.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on pk165, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the license jurisdiction governing the operator, whichever is greater.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of pk165 or any associated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from pk165 or any other gambling platform for fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• You must register only one Account in your own name. Multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — are strictly prohibited.

To access the wagering and casino features of pk165, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk165 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pk165 immediately via the support contact details provided in Section 15.

• One Account per person, household IP address and device is permitted.
• Use of VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or security controls is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• pk165 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Users may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination and/or legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, manipulating account balances, exploiting software errors or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet or promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or systematically wagering to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. pk165 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly authorised by pk165.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer or extract source code from any part of the Platform or its software.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, overload or compromise the Platform's servers, networks or security infrastructure.

pk165 reserves the right to void any wager, cancel any bonus and withhold any withdrawal where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, pending investigation. Determinations made by pk165 regarding prohibited conduct are final.

pk165 facilitates deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. The list of available methods may change without prior notice. Users should verify currently supported methods directly in the cashier before initiating a transaction.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual reference only. pk165 does not represent that any of these providers endorses, facilitates or is affiliated with gambling transactions. Users must satisfy themselves that use of any payment method for gambling transactions complies with that provider's own terms of service and applicable Pakistani law.

• All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the cashier.
• Deposits made by a third party in your name are not permitted. All payment methods used must be registered in the Account holder's name.
• pk165 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. pk165 bears no responsibility for third-party provider fees.
• Deposited funds are held for wagering purposes only. Account balances do not accrue interest.
• pk165 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. pk165 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, source-of-funds checks or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to your Account, or to a method verified as registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• Processing times are indicative only. Actual settlement times depend on the payment provider and applicable banking processes. pk165 makes no guarantee regarding withdrawal processing times.
• Winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.
• pk165 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks for large withdrawals, including requests for documentation evidencing the lawful source of any funds deposited.

pk165 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Users who have verified their Account and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotional terms. Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Applicable multipliers (e.g., 25x, 30x, 40x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Exceeding this limit will void the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, sports bets and other game types may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will be removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms expressly permit concurrent bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: pk165 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, void any associated winnings and suspend an Account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — is detected.

All PKR figures used in bonus descriptions (e.g., PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000) are illustrative unless expressly stated as fixed values in the relevant promotion. Users should read individual promotion pages for exact terms applicable at the time of claiming.

All sports betting and casino wagers placed on pk165 are subject to the applicable game or sport rules as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between generic rules and event-specific rules, the event-specific rules take precedence.

• Odds: All odds displayed are subject to change at any time prior to the confirmation of a wager. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted.
• Void Bets: pk165 reserves the right to void a wager where: (a) it was placed at clearly erroneous odds; (b) the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of pk165. Network latency or communication errors may result in a bet being rejected after what appears to be acceptance by the Platform. In such cases, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: pk165 actively monitors betting patterns for signs of match manipulation. Winnings derived from bets placed on events subsequently found to have been manipulated may be withheld pending investigation by relevant sports integrity bodies.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. RTP figures published on the Platform are indicative only; actual returns will vary.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pk165.
• Using any Platform content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.
• Systematic extraction of data from the Platform via scraping, crawling or any automated process.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk165 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering activities on the Platform.
• Temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security credentials.
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on any content, odds, statistics or information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk165 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content published on the Platform. Odds, statistics and game descriptions are informational only and do not constitute advice or a guarantee of outcome.

pk165 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account activity is associated with fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You have registered multiple accounts.
• You no longer meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed pk165 to restrict your access.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, pk165 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your Account pending investigation. Where termination results from an error on pk165's part, any verified balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method within a reasonable period.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pk165 support. Upon voluntary closure, verified balances will be returned subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the relevant gaming licence is incorporated or registered. pk165 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory authority.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms of the operator's license jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

pk165 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
